Sap in healthcare

Hi All,

I have very good background in healthcare patience and Provider concepts.

 

 

I worked for categories such as

 

 

Pay or Deny bills(Provider bill both Institutional and Patient billing)

Subrogation Process(Patient dual insurance)and so

 

 

But I have worked in other tools such as Citrix(Power term(pterm) tool)

 

 

When SAP healthcare implemented?

 

 

How do I relate it to SAP?which module?

 

 

Which T-codes used?(eg which tcode used to pay or deny bills)

 

 

Can anyone please explain briefly with my requirements?

 

 

Can anyone provide me presenations with screenshots?

Customer of Self-payer IR,

Hi Experts,

               I am new to SAP Healthcare. i need your expert opinnion when i use tcode NP41 for creating a vist it popup a screen for Customer of Self-Payer IR, and i dont want to assign a customer. How can I disable this screen.  I have checked all the configurations but i couldn't reslove this issue.

PMD: Get the value into table (Clinical Document)

Greetings everyone,

 

I created a clinical document with the transaction N2T7. I created a document element, "multiple structure (table)" -> avalo_ib

 

The issue is coding level, I want to access the content of all elements of this structure. During the search, i only found the form v01_mu0510_get_data, but this function depends the document version and i considered that is not correct used this one.


Somebody know other standard function, now I am working with this code:


LOOP AT aux_y000002 WHERE dokar = in_ndoc-dokar

                                        AND doknr = in_ndoc-doknr

                                        AND dokvr <> in_ndoc-dokvr

                                        AND doktl = in_ndoc-doktl.

 

       READ TABLE avalo_ib WITH KEY r-dokvr = in_ndoc-dokvr

                           r-valo_val1 = aux_y000002901-val1

                           r-valo_val2 = aux_y000002901-val2

                           r-valo_val3 = aux_y000002901-val3

PMD: Error works with tables (Clinical Document)

Greetings everyone,

 

I had created a clinical document with the transaction N2T7. In this clinical document, I used a document element, "multiple structure (table)" , i.e. tt_neo, but I found a mistake when I work with it.

 

I try to explain it. I have a table with several rows. The problem arises when I use the scroll:

 

1) Table tt_neo with 10 rows -> In this case, the document element generates a scroll element

2) When you press the bottoms into this document element, the ok_code variable remains wih the last code standar, i.e. OK_CODE = SAVE, OK_CODE = DIUP

 

The issue is when I want to move into the table; in this moment, the OK_CODE can be DIUP. Then, everytime that press the scroll, the document interchange between Modify <-> Visualize

Global Location Number

All,

 

We are using SAP ECC 6.0

 

I am trying to find out where I can assign a Global Location Number to our company or Plant.

I understand I can assign the GLN for our Vendors in the Vendor Master , Control data section (Loc1, Loc2, check digit)

I also understand I can assign the GLN for our Customers in the Customer Master , Control data section (Loc1, Loc2, check digit)

I am just not sure how or where I can assign our own GLN to our company and plants

 

Any help would be appreciated?

 

Also, are we on the right version for the GLN functionality?

Pricing procedure and condition type

Hello,

 

i'm currently configuring princing procedure in our ISH system.

According to documentations and training materials, pricing procedure sould be named ISH001 and its first condition should be GP00.

My problem is that in the system i use, pricing procedure ISH001 doesn't exist, nor condition GP00.

 

I'd like to have your feedback. Is it mandatory to use these 2 objects.

If yes, i'd appreciate if one of you send me screen copy of condition GP00.

Major Modules / Options Being Covered In SAP-Healthcare

Dear All,

 

We are in the process of finalising the software for our upcoming hospital. So in this regard, we shall like to know that  which  modules are being covered by SAP-Healthcare...? Does SAP covers modules like Patient Registration (OPD & Indoor), Out Patient management, OPD billing, Investigations reporting (pathology & Imaging), Indoor patient management, Pharmacy etc. Rest, as we understand, SAP can very well take care for  modules like FI, MM, SD and HR etc. But , for a hospital, the above mentioned modules are very much desired ones.

 

So, Please Advide further.

Creating patient master record and self payer - FI customer.

Hello, All.

 

When I create a patient master record, I create a salf payer. The system then automatically creates the corresponding FI customer master record, but the system doesn't automatically create the corresponding SD customer master record.

 

In our project we use transaction BP for creating FI/SD customers. SO I can't to use  transaction BP for creating SD customer-patient.

How to create SD customer-patient don't using transaction XD01?

Anyone have any ideas?

IS-H inventory of patient clothes

Hello,

 

Is there in IS-H any transaction to manage inventory of patient clothes? We want that clothes that the patients brings to the institution to be managed in physical inventory. This way we might attach photos to each clothing and create notifications if there is any problem with them.

Heard about SAP Healthcare and want some more information on the role of medicos in SAP Healthcare.


I am interested to build my career in SAP Healthcare. Is it possible to start my career in SAP Healthcare without SAP Healthcare knowledge? Are there jobs for medicos in SAP Healthcare job?

Services not transferred to CO

Hi All,

 

I'm an FI/CO consultant working in an organisation using IS-H and am learning on the job so apologies if this is an obvious question.

 

at month end we run transaction NCo1 in order to transfer the services which have been performed on cases over to the case based orders in CO.    the output log of NCO1 shows some entries where there is no receiver order reference, and the activity is not charged to the case as expected.  There are no messages in the error log for these cases so I am struggling to understand why the activity is not transferred to CO.

 

In the attached file is a screenshot showing the output from NCO1 with two ISH cases. 

MANC004475 is linked to a receiver order in the case master data, but in NCO1 there is no receiver order and no services / activity is transferred to the case based order in CO.

MANC004476 is also linked to a receiver order in the case master data, and has receiver orders in the output of NCO1.  Services and activity are transferred over to CO correctly.

 

Any tips or advise would be very welcome.

is-h certification

Hello all SAP IS-H/i.s.h.med consultants,

 

As you are probably aware there is no way to be certified in this area, however I believe all of us are interested in it to get an official confirmation that we are experts (or not ).

Here you can find several topics about the certification, all of them say - SAP doesn't provide a certification for SAP for Healthcare. I've heard from my colleagues the reason is not enough requests for that. I sent a query to SAP in this regards and got the same response.

 

But I can not believe that there is no enough SAP IS-H consultants in the entire word who would like to be certified. I thought if we communicate with each other, we could understand what the average amount of us and then we can request SAP for the certification letting them know that we are 30 or 40 (for instance).

 

So, my idea is you leave your email ID here in comments or send me an email on alexander.polevoy@me.com where you mention that you are interested in it.

Let us see how many we are and finally try to get SAP certification. I find it very important for my career, hope you too.

Hello all.

 

We have our SAP ECC 6.0 with IS-H 605 0016 SAPK-60516INISH SAP Healthcare and we are trying to managment decimals in ours materials patiens comsumptions but when we capture the qtyes. we recieve a message No. 00011" Decimal places are not permit". We check at CUNI the units and they ark ok and available to handdled . Its is psossible to deal with this scenario or there is a restriction? Any Idea or where we can fix it?
