IS-H Bill extended service, the day of discharge included

Hello

In IS-H we want to bill extended service to cases, including the day of discharge.

To do that in discharge movement, we have to set hour discharge to 24:00:00

But we want to set the real hour. Is there a parameter to bill always the day of discharge?
