Does IS-H use FI-CA (like IS-U does) ?

Hello fellows,

I am developing a program in the environment of IS-U that uses standard functions of FI-CA.

This program shall run under IS-H as well.

So my question is:

Do IS-U and IS-H use the same FI-CA ? Or are there big differences between FI-CA of IS-H and FI-CA of IS-U ?
