Dear colleagues,
have a good morning/day/evening/night - whatever is over there now.
I've been involved in a discussion about contingency plan: there are different ways to follow which can be defined when your system is down due to network issues or internet connection issues, like for example:
- data is entered in predefined forms on local PC's (Word, Excel);
- fully manual process is applied;
- you proceed on a local data base - if it is there;
and so on.
It would be great if you can share your experience, what that contingency plan which has been defined during your implementation in hospitals. Have you ever used a manual process in a hospital?
Thank you in advance,
Regards,
