IS-H module can be implemented in a company?

Dear all,

i have read alot about IS-H and found it is related to hospitals mainly

we are a company with medical care department

we have a contract with medical insurance company that provide us with list of doctors and hospitals and pharmacies that our employee patient should go to them

some procedures can be done by our medical care department :

transfer form to a hospital or a doctor

approval form for a surgey as an example

claims of hospital , doctors and pharmacies

can we implement IS-H in our company upon the previous ??
