EMR Document Description not seen

Dear Experts,

I am saving the Medical Documents through the following process:

1. NWP1 -> Click on EMR -> Entering the Details along with the "Description"

2. Upload the Document from a Specific Location.

3. After uploading the document, I am unable to see the "Description" in the grid, which was given by me in the starting.

Is there a way out to see the "Description of the Document" in the grid.
