BAPI or class to create a service range (table N1XLEI)

Hi,

I dont find any BAPI or class where i can create an entry in this table with thenew service range. I have found BAPI_HCSRVCAT_ADDITEM but here ou can not inform the organization Unit (ORGID).

Do you know what BAPI or class i have to use?

The standard via NT60 transaction is doing the insert/update directly in data base table (N1XLEI)
