SAP Patient Management & SAP Ambulatory Care Management

Dear Experts,

I have few doubts in the area of SAP Patient management & Ambulatory Care Management,

1. How would the activation of Localization business function affect the choice of country version ?

We have three localization Business function, ISH_CV_FR, ISH_CV_IT, ISH_CV_CN.

In country version we have, CH, AT, FR, SG, CN. IT, NL…

For a specific need can two localizations can be activated ?

2. In SAP Patient Management, What is “Medical Record”. (we have medical Record Management in Medical / Nursing Documentation. Is this the EMR(Electronic Medical Record of a patient ?)

3. In SAP Ambulatory Care Management, What is the purpose of Outpatient Document workstation. Is ISHMED* license required for the same ?

4. How exactly the clinical order & Medical / Nursing documentation differs ?

5. How can be integrate SAP Patient Management & SAP Human Capital Management.(SAP Note 146225 states that, transferring of HR personal data is not possible. But links here suggests that, integration between Patient Management & Human Capital Management is possible –
